Overview
These terms apply to the “Stress-Free Payments for Cleaners” workshop, delivered by Grace Brook/The Cleaners Business Hub. This workshop may be delivered as a 1:1 session or as a group session. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
For 1:1 sessions: after checkout, you will receive a welcome email containing a link to book your session date. Your place is confirmed once you book a date.
For group workshops: your booking is confirmed once payment is received and your place is reserved for the advertised date.

Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have not yet booked a 1:1 session date, received any preparatory materials or work from us, or attended any part of a group session.
Once a 1:1 date has been booked or preparatory work has begun, or once a group session has taken place or materials have been provided, the workshop is considered in progress and no refunds will be issued.

1:1 Sessions:

You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, up to 7 days before your confirmed date.

Rescheduling within 7 days of your session may be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be available.

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited.

Group workshops:

Places are limited. If you cancel your place, refunds or transfers are not available unless we are able to fill your place.

No refunds will be issued once the group workshop has started or after it has taken place.

Changes or Cancellations by Us
If we need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

Consumer Rights
This workshop is a service product. By booking a session date or joining a group workshop, you acknowledge that delivery begins from that point (including preparation time), and your 14-day cooling-off period ends once the service has been partially or fully provided.

Materials and Copyright
All materials shared (slides, checklists, templates, or recordings) remain the property of The Cleaners Business Hub. They are for your personal use only and must not be shared, sold, or distributed.

Results Disclaimer
This workshop provides practical guidance and information. It does not constitute advice. Individual outcomes depend on how you apply the information and cannot be guaranteed.

Confidentiality and Conduct
All discussions during your session or group workshop are confidential. Respectful participation is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour in group sessions may result in removal without refund.
